Send an MCP JSON-RPC request

Single endpoint for all MCP calls. Pick an example from the request body dropdown:

  1. initialize - handshake; returns server capabilities.
  2. tools/list - lists the available tools and their input schemas.
  3. tools/call - runs a tool. Examples cover destination discovery, property search, and live availability.

Always confirm live availability with get_property_availability before presenting rates;
search_properties returns indicative lead rates only.
