As a Ripe client, you are empowered with first-party insights and data around all the on-site behavior and reservations for your travelers. Ripe provides a suite of analytics tailored to the lodging industry’s specific needs. Just head to your Ripe account, navigate to Dashboards on the left and start exploring. Each dashboard can be filtered by date range, reservation value and many more options. Easily export reports for sharing with your colleagues, lodging partners or affiliates.

Ecommerce Performance

  • Room Revenue: The gross room revenue, or total top-line value of the reservations placed.
  • Reservations: The count of reservations placed through Ripe (does not deduct cancelations made after the fact).
  • Conversion rate: Total reservations / total visits.
  • Room nights: The total number of room nights booked.
  • Booking Window: The average time prior to check-in that reservations are being made. This is especially helpful for demand forecasting year-over-year for high-travel period or events.

Affiliate Performance

The Affiliate Performance dashboard is a real-time look into the activity going on within your destination by the true demand generators: the events themselves. See your destination's best and worst performing affiliates and easily export data to share directly with them or at your next board meeting. Just a few of the KPIs include:

  • Total affiliates with traffic
  • Total reservations from affiliates
  • Conversion rate
  • Room Revenue
  • Room nights booked
  • Booking window
  • Average daily rate
  • Much more, including charts showing trends over time, affiliate performance compared to one another and more.

Referral Performance

While we do our best at Ripe to connect to every property with a "live connection", sometimes that is just not an option. Some properties don't run modern property management software that we connect to, they are exclusively on AirBnb (closed API) or we just don't connect yet. For these properties, you still get insight into basic metrics like:

  • Number of referrals
  • Referral rate
  • Top referral properties

Travel Trends

Travel trends offer a high-level view of booking behavior. This is useful to see general behavior without the granularity of property details. Some of the data you get includes:

  • Total sessions
  • Total searches
  • Daily rate distribution charts to see how much people are spending per night
  • Check-in date popularity
  • Length of stay distribution
  • And more...

Site Engagement

The site engagement dashboard provides more of an ecommerce behavioral view at how your Ripe booking engine is being used, and which page types are the most popular. Example data includes:

  • Page views

  • Pages viewed per session

  • Time on site

  • Bounce rate

  • Daily visits trended over time, and year-over-year

  • Visitors by region and device time
