Ripe Sign In Support
Can't sign in with your existing password, here's why ->
On 4/29/25 the Ripe admin was updated from
crs.rootrez.com
tocrs.bookripe.com
to better reflect a prior brand refresh.π Your username (email address) and password are the same as prior, but your password manager will not recognize the new URL path.
Get your password from your Password Manager
- Your same username and password will continue to work
- Your auto-fill/password manager will not recognize, the page since because is a new domain name, so it appears as a different website.
- Open your password manager (hopefully not a sticky not under your keyboard), search for
crs.rootrez.com
, grab that UN and PW and now enter it on the login page. - Once in, accept the prompt to add the login credentials to your password manager. You should be all set for next time.
Reset Password
- If you're still having an issue or can't find your prior PW, use the "forgot password" link on the sign in page.
2-Factor Authentication
If you have 2FA enabled, you will need to add the new domain to your authenticator app.
What is not changing
- No change to the Ripe legacy API
- No change to the legacy Ripe Search Widget
