Ripe Sign In Support
Can't sign in with your existing password? This could be why ->On 4/29/25 the Ripe admin was updated from
crs.rootrez.comtocrs.bookripe.comto better reflect a prior brand refresh.😃 Your username (email address) and password are the same as prior, but your password manager will not recognize the new URL path.
Get your password from your Password Manager
- Your same username and password will continue to work
 - Your auto-fill/password manager will not recognize, the page since because is a new domain name, so it appears as a different website.
 - Open your password manager (hopefully not a sticky not under your keyboard), search for 
crs.rootrez.com, grab that UN and PW and now enter it on the login page. - Once in, accept the prompt to add the login credentials to your password manager. You should be all set for next time.
 
Reset Password
- If you're still having an issue or can't find your prior PW, use the "forgot password" link on the sign in page.
 
2-Factor Authentication
If you have 2FA enabled, you will need to add the new domain to your authenticator app.
What is not changing
- No change to the Ripe legacy API
 - No change to the legacy Ripe Search Widget
