Property Type Mappings
The API returns each property value representing it's property type.
Within certain API responses for properties Ripe will return a value to represent the property type. This value can be referenced and used within your application for labels, serach or otherwise.
Property Types
- Hotel:
"property_type": "hotel"Traditional lodging with private rooms, on-site services, and amenities like room service, concierge, and often restaurants or bars. - Vacation Rental:
"property_type": "Vacation Rental"Vacation rentals are defined by an accomidation where the traveler gains access to the entire property, such as a house, condominium, apartment or cabin. These often do not include daily cleaning services or a central front-desk.
Outdoor Lodging: "property_type": "Outdoor Lodging" Outdoor lodging options that range from basic tent sites to more equipped RV spots or cabins, appealing to travelers looking for a nature-centric, rustic experience.
