Commission Configuration

Suppliers must have their system configured to apply a 10% IATA commission on all bookings made through Ripe. This is essential for accurate financial tracking and payment processing.
Statements and Reconciliation

Statements are generated on the 1st of each month, marking the start of the reconciliation period. Suppliers have until the 9th of each month to reconcile and submit any discrepancies. Reconciliation can be completed via the CRS at https://crs.bookripe.com/admin/invoice/statement . If the reconciliation window is missed, please email [email protected] to address any outstanding discrepancies.
Invoice Issuance and History

Invoices are issued on the 10th of each month and sent as PDF attachments via email. Full invoice history is available at https://crs.bookripe.com/admin/invoice under the “Billing” section.
CRS Access

To receive statements and invoices, a user must be added to your CRS account. Please email [email protected] to request access.
Payment Terms and Methods

All invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars via check or ACH. Ripe does not accept credit card payments. A 2% late fee will be applied to any outstanding balance on the first of each month the invoice remains past due.

Dispute Policy

Disputes related to invoices or statements must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date. Disputes received after this period may not be eligible for adjustment.
